Methodology and Sample questions Survey Template

A three-part question is asked with regard to each work-related factor. The employee is asked to circle the appropriate number (on a scale from 1-10) for each factor. Clear, simple and precise instructions explaining the meaning of the numbers for each of the three scales are printed on the questionnaire.

The responses to each of the three questions for each factor are integrated and analyzed by a copyrighted, award-winning computer program that determines the level of satisfaction, dissatisfaction, stress, and frustration created by each factor as perceived by the employee.

Collectively, the foregoing data measures the morale, attitude, trust, loyalty propensity, productive propensity, and motivational intensity being generated by the work-related factors as a consequence of their impact upon 39 human needs.
